Accessibility Manager

Lead the delivery of accessible services at some of the UK’s biggest festivals. As Accessibility Manager, you’ll oversee the Access Team, liaise with key departments, and ensure d/Deaf, neurodivergent and disabled customers can enjoy the event safely and confidently. A leadership role with real impact.

Accessibility Assistant

Supporting the Accessibility Manager in delivering smooth, inclusive access operations on-site. You’ll help coordinate volunteers, manage viewing platforms and accreditation, and be a key problem-solver throughout the event. Perfect for those ready to step into leadership within live events.
